by Antonio Hyder I implemented this massive Web site in 16 European countries and managed it for 6 years, working with 3000 direct multi-language clients (e-commerce Websites) and the major affiliate platforms. After hundreds of behavioural experiments I realised that online consumer behaviour research is totally out of the reach of small and medium enterprises. The internet was supposed to be "for all" / "a democracy" ? Not really ...
