Trying out research on live sites

I set up this marketing consultancy mid 2009 to help SMEs market their innovations, especially those resulting from science research. 2 of my current 6 projects are about online consumer behavior. One of the advantages of this field of research is the ability to test the effectiveness of research on a live site.
