The Auto Bailout Happens When You Don't Listen

I just posted about ways of listening to what's being said about you on the web. Over at Jaffe Juice is a post on how listening to consumers could have saved American auto companies.

Personally, I'm not too pleased that my tax money is going to support companies that don't seem to be making a huge effort to stay current with the needs of consumers, and clearly, neither does whoever made this picture.

It's no longer enough to just create something and assume that people will want it. It works in cases of the iPhone, but not every company is so lucky or savvy. Often, customers want to be heard. Otherwise, not every company will get a bailout.

Yes, I’m agree with you that the companies should think about their consumers and also the enviroment on their products.

Everyone is so happy with Obama and I suppose after Bush who would blame them. But any government has no idea how to create jobs and distribute money. They are inefficient and lazy buggers. Obama should reduce taxes and let the responsible (at least more responsible than politicians) owners decide what to do with their “tax” gift.

I agree with you. Yes companies should always listen to consumers as it will make their products better and competitive.

I agree. Why should companies get a free ride while we as the consumers get stuck with the bills.
