Sometimes, all these new technologies are so confusing, and the abundance of information is overwhelming. Many blog posts say things which are similar and things that are slightly different.

Sometimes we just want our hands held.

Sometimes, I just want some one to tell me how to do it. Where's the manual to this thing?!

I've found a few good hand-holding posts this week on four things:

-How to Sell Social Media to Cynics, Skeptics, and Luddites at Interactive Insights Group

This is a great resource for those who are interested in social media but know some people who need convincing. It is a mass of information, but you may need all the help you can get to bring others into this century.

-How to Listen to the Masses Online at Chris Brogan

Having trouble using the services I outlined here? Getting a hold of all the relevant information on the internet is not easy, unless you make it automatic, and Brogan gives a step-by-step guide to listening on the web here.

-How to Go Beyond Blogging at Problogger

Perhaps you don't think a blog is enough. Here are many ideas on how to go beyond a blog and reach the people in more than one way. What else could you possibly be doing to reach people on the web? The answers are here.

-How to Reach Bloggers With Your Ideas at Chris Brogan

I just did a post explaining what Key Influencers are, and here's another great post by Chris Brogan on how to reach those Key Influencers. If you need to get an idea out, here's how to do it in the way most likely to get your idea read, not deleted.

I've gotta say, this is definitely another thing I love about the internet - if I want to learn something, I can definitely find someone to teach me.
